Jennifer joined the Richmond Industries team in 2012. She graduated with honors from Rider University with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts. She was recently promoted to Vice President of Richmond as her new role. Some of her responsibilities include sales, marketing, and customer support.

Amy joined us as Richmond’s AR Specialist after working many years in accounting in the construction industry. She has an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from Ocean County College.

Perla graduated from Kean University in 2018 with a B.S in Global Business and a minor in Marketing. After 2 years working as a payroll clerk in the staffing industry, she recently joined the Richmond Industries Inc. team as the administrative assistant. Her husband Juan Carlos, who has been working at Richmond since 2011, is a lead man in the factory. They are the parents to a beautiful newborn, “Baby Max”.

Having a background in Mechanical Engineering, Steve joined Richmond Industries after working over fourteen years in an end user ISO 9001 research and development corporation. In his role at Richmond, he evaluates our products processes to help improve, and become more efficient as we continually deliver quality product to our customers.

Marlene comes to us as a graduate from Essex County College with an Associate’s degree in Accounting. She has over 10 years’ experience, and is Richmond’s AR/AP Specialist.

Mario has been a long standing employee at Richmond, celebrating 17 years as a Supervisor. He oversees the shipping and receiving department. He’s a father to 2 beautiful daughters.
Ed joined Richmond as Foundry Manager in April 2003. His responsibilities include the Foundry Operation and Maintenance Department. He also handles all Environmental responsibilities for the facility. He is a graduate of Lafayette College with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Dave joined the Richmond team as the company CFO and corporate counsel in October of 2013. Dave’s responsibilities include overseeing the financial operations of the company, including generation of financial statements, A/R and A/P and banking. He also oversees the human resource department for the company, including the company medical plan, 401k and other employee benefits. Lastly, Dave in is charge of corporate business issues, including governmental compliance, insurance coverages and tax filings. Dave is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Seton Hall School of Law (JD) and New York University School of Law (LLM).
Dane has been employed with Richmond since 1997. He demonstrates true workmanship daily as he builds and rigs customers pattern equipment for production.
After 5 years of previous foundry experience, Mark joined the Richmond Industries team in January, 2001. Some of Mark’s responsibilities include forecasting, logistics, inventory management and system maintenance.
